The Opportunity
We are seeking to hire a
Senior Administrator
in our Cardiff office to work as part of our team of Professional Administrators to provide an effective and flexible service to support the general office, technical teams/managers and groups. You will undertake a variety of tasks in addition to providing guidance to less experienced members of the team.

The position supports the smooth running of the office by overseeing reception duties, coordinating maintenance and security, managing supplies, and liaising with contractors such as cleaners. It also involves assisting with onboarding new staff, organizing engagement events, and maintaining accurate HR records.

As the Office Safety Environment Coordinator, the role includes supporting health, safety, and environmental compliance, conducting inspections, and assisting with emergency planning.

Financial duties include raising purchase orders, reconciling expenses, and managing staff engagement budgets. The individual will also provide technical team support through meeting coordination, document preparation, and travel arrangements, while contributing to client development by assisting with CRM updates and event organization.

Overall, this role is central to ensuring effective communication, efficient office operations, and a positive experience for both colleagues and visitors.

About You
This role requires a proactive, organized, and professional individual who can manage a variety of administrative, facilities, and people-related responsibilities while maintaining a positive and calm attitude under pressure.

You will need to demonstrate that you have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel .

You will have strong communication and organisational skills, alongside a high degree of self-management, initiative, reliability and flexibility to ensure that the best possible service is given to internal and external clients.

W e require our administration team to be in the office for their full working week .
