Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding services and procedures.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources and time management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Assist in managing patient flow within the practice, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence related to patient care.
- Support billing processes by verifying insurance information and assisting with claims as needed.
Experience
- Previous office experience is essential, preferably within a healthcare setting.
