**Treatment Coordinator - The Dentalist**

We’re seeking a **high-performing Treatment Coordinator** to join our elite team. You’ll guide patients through their **cosmetic and implant treatment journeys**, ensuring they feel informed, inspired, and confident every step of the way.

**Your Mission**

As a **Treatment Coordinator at The Dentalist**, you are the bridge between clinical excellence and patient experience. You’ll lead consultations, present bespoke treatment solutions, and help patients make empowered decisions about transforming their smiles.

You’ll take ownership of your **conversion and revenue targets**, while delivering the signature **Dentalist experience**, one that’s seamless, personal, and world-class.

**What You’ll Do**
- Conduct **consultations** for cosmetic and implant treatments, delivering exceptional communication and care.
- **Present and personalise treatment plans**, explaining options, benefits, and finance solutions with confidence and empathy.
- **Build meaningful relationships** with patients, ensuring every interaction feels premium and personal.
- **Achieve and exceed targets** for treatment acceptance, show rate, and revenue contribution.
- Collaborate with **Setters, Clinicians, and the Sales Manager** to ensure a seamless and high-converting patient journey.
- Maintain meticulous **CRM records** and follow-up systems to track leads, progress, and outcomes.
- Represent **The Dentalist brand values**, integrity, excellence, empathy, and ambition, in every patient interaction.

**What You Bring**
- Experience as a **Treatment Coordinator** or in a similar consultative sales role (dental, medical, or aesthetic industry preferred).
- HUNGER TO SUCCEED
- A proven ability to **close high-value cases** and work to clear performance targets.
- Outstanding **communication, presentation, and interpersonal** skills.
- A deep sense of empathy paired with the confidence to guide patients through clinical and financial decisions.
- Highly organised, proactive, and motivated by success.
- An appreciation for premium patient experiences and aesthetic dentistry.

**Compensation**

**Base Salary**: Competitive (experience-dependent)
**On-Target Earnings**: Substantial, with **uncapped commission** for top performers. Upto £75,000

Pay: Up to £70,000.00 per year
