**Your Mission**

You’ll be the **first point of contact** for new patients — engaging leads, qualifying interest, and booking consultations for our cosmetic and implant treatments. Every call, message, and conversation is a chance to turn curiosity into confidence and enquiries into appointments.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Qualify leads quickly and accurately**, understanding their goals and motivations.
- **Book consultations** for cosmetic and implant treatments with precision and professionalism.
- **Follow up diligently** with warm leads and missed contacts to maximise booking opportunities.
- Maintain and update the **CRM system**, tracking communication, booking rate, and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with the **Treatment Coordinators and Sales Manager** to ensure a smooth patient journey from enquiry to consultation.
- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly **appointment and conversion targets**.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in **sales, appointment setting, or call-centre environments** (dental or medical a plus, but not essential).
- A **natural communicator** who loves connecting with people and building quick rapport.
- Highly motivated by **targets, commissions, and performance-based rewards**.
- Excellent phone manner, confident, warm, and persuasive.
- Organised, disciplined, and able to manage a high volume of leads efficiently.
- A **“never give up” attitude**, hungry, resilient, and driven to win.
- Availability to work flexible hours if needed, because success doesn’t always run on a 9-5 clock.

**Compensation**

**Base Salary**: Competitive (based on experience)
**Bonus Structure**: Uncapped, performance-driven

**Earning Potential**: Substantial — top performers earn **well above industry average -**unto **£70,000**

Pay: Up to £70,000.00 per year
