We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Coordinator to join our fabulous small team here in Ratby, Leicestershire. Care at home are a small care provider who pride themselves on the excellent service they deliver to clients & our staff.

We are looking for a Care Coordinator who is capable, confident, a team player and has the ability to work on their own initiative. The Care Coordinator will be required to drive the business forward, taking on new clients in all areas and ensuring the service runs smoothly on a daily basis for all of our clients.

The role is Monday - Friday 9am - 4.30pm.

**Qualifications**:

- Care Coordinating: 1 year (preferred)
- Health Care Industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt themselves to the needs of the business
- Negotiate and motivate staff
- Confident in liaising with healthcare professionals on a daily basis
- A can do attitude
- A passion for care

Role Responsibilities of a Care Coordinator:

- Managing the team of carers out in the field & monitoring staff carrying out supervisions, appraisals to ensure a high level of care.
- Managing rotas to ensure clients have the carer at the desired times, covering sickness where necessary and ensuring cover at all times.
- To make sure care assessments, care and risk planning meets best practice and service user aspirations
- Work closely with the recruitment team to manage appropriate staffing levels
- To work alongside the Branch Manager ensuring that all quality standards, complaints, and comments are dealt with promptly
- Put in place measure to comply with CQC regulations and work to achieve the best care standards possible.
- Occasional on-call duties

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
