Job Title: Car Sales Executive

Location: Blackburn

Uncapped OTE of £50,000 plus Company Car

5 and a half day working week with alternate weekends

Chapelhouse is a leading motor retailing group that has been in business for 35 years, with 10 branches across the North West specialising in MG, Suzuki and our new brands Omoda and Jaecoo. In previous years we have been shortlisted for 'Employer of the Year', 'Customer Care Award' and 'Dealer Group of the Year' by the Motor Trader Awards and we are now looking for enthusiastic (New & Used) Car Sales Executive's to join our team.

Duties:

  • Sell cars to a minimum of a target level set monthly
  • Generate enough activity to secure timed and confirmed business appointments to reach targets
  • Secure the satisfaction survey return from every customer new and used
  • Ensure that every customer is treated fairly and managed through an exceptional sales process
  • Upkeep both site and digital presentation daily
  • Treat every customer fairly using provided system tools
  • Make sure that every sale is compliant in 100% of cases
  • Make sure that required training is up to date for company and brand
  • Maximise the profitability of every sale making customers aware of all add on products and meet KPI's for sales

Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role

Essential:

  • Experience of target driven sales environment
  • Customer relations experience
  • Personal drive to achieve targets set
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to work some weekends

Desirable:

  • Motor Retail Sales Experience

Role Requirements

You will be using our Company cars, so you need a full driving licence with less than 6 points for insurance purposes.
