Director of Software Engineering
to shape their software strategy and lead the full development lifecycle across embedded, system and application software. You'll be joining amidst an imminent growth stage, where you will get the opportunity to be heavily involved in growing the software team

We're Looking For

  • Extensive software engineering leadership in semiconductor, systems or hardware-focused environments
  • Expertise across embedded software, firmware, drivers, OS-level (Linux/RTOS), SDKs and tools
  • Knowledge across high-speed interfaces (PCIe, CXL, NVMe, Ethernet) and system-level integration
  • Strong architectural and delivery management skills, including Agile and CI/CD best practices
  • Background in SoC/ASIC development or data center infrastructure is highly advantageous

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and deliver the complete software stack for production products
  • Lead distributed engineering teams and scale capability with company growth
  • Implement robust processes for high-quality, secure, maintainable releases
  • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure success
