E-Commerce Executive to join our high-performing digital team as we continue to scale our online success story.

The Role

You'll play a key role in driving ecommerce performance — supporting the Head of Trade and wider team to deliver an exceptional online experience and ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily trading activity across ecommerce sites

Launch content updates, campaigns, and promotions that drive engagement and sales

Maintain product data accuracy (pricing, stock, availability)

Use tools like GA4 and Shopify Analytics to deliver insight-led recommendations

Collaborate with CRM to build customer loyalty and drive retention

Help optimise the onsite journey — improving navigation, storytelling, and conversion

Liaise with Tech & Product teams to brief, test, and enhance site functionality

What You'll Bring

1+ year in an ecommerce or digital trading role

Hands-on experience with Shopify (ideally Plus)

Knowledge of CRM systems like Klaviyo, Hubspot, or Salesforce

Confident using data to influence decisions and boost performance metrics (CVR, AOV, revenue)

A proactive, "get stuck in" mindset and passion for all things ecommerce
