The role…
We're looking for a seasoned Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in scaling our go-to-market engine. The role thrives at the intersection of data, systems and processes.

What You'll Be Doing…

  • Optimize the sales funnel—from lead assignment and routing to pipeline management and deal execution.
  • Develop and optimize GTM processes to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and support predictable revenue growth.
  • Lead forecasting cadence in partnership with sales leadership; track trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Design and maintain dashboards & reporting that provide actionable insights for leadership and GTM teams.
  • Support sales compensation planning, quota setting, territory design, and performance monitoring.
  • Act as a bridge with the Group Rev Ops team/tech stack owners providing feedback on roadmaps, builds and rollouts.
  • Drive adoption of the tools and processes across the sales organisation ensuring teams use systems efficiently
  • Drive data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all revenue systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

What We're Looking For…

  • Extensive experience of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations within B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in CRM management, sales processes, and automation.
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, with experience supporting forecasting and pipeline analysis.
  • Proven ability to scale processes and support high-growth sales teams.
  • Experience with compensation planning, territory design, and GTM system integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with sales leaders.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset paired with strong execution capabilities.
