Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a female Director with day-to-day administrative, organisational, and operational duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role provides the opportunity to develop professionally while offering essential support at executive level.

Key Duties

  • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate business and personal meetings
  • Handle all correspondence (email, phone, written) with professionalism and accuracy
  • Handle phone calls from the base site as well as digital enquiries across multiple platforms
  • Assist with invoicing control, reconciliation, and cross-checking for accuracy
  • Support with preparing and reviewing P&L information
  • Create reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Perform accurate data entry using platforms such as QuickBooks and standard office software
  • Support marketing activities, including campaign preparation, responding to enquiries, and content submissions
  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required
  • Arrange parcel deliveries, collections, and related logistics
  • Monitor office supplies and liaise with suppliers when needed
  • Provide general administrative support across operational areas
  • Assist with HR-related tasks as directed
  • Carry out audits on suppliers and follow up on required actions

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva or similar tools
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (desirable)
  • Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong clerical skills including filing, document preparation, and record keeping
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and professional written communication
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively in a dynamic environment
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Training provided in BrightHR, Dentally, and other essential software

About the Role

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
