This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven team focused on improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions that reduce catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTIs). As a Medical Device Territory Manager (Urology), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across both acute and community healthcare settings. At BD, we're looking for sales professionals that are not content with the status quo, we are building a sales team that want to win and grow the BD market share to Advance the World of HealthTM. Strong command of SFDC CRM is a core requirement at BD. Sales professionals don't just use SFDC—they master it. At BD, if it's not in SFDC, it doesn't exist. We expect every sales associate to use SFDC daily and offer world-class support and training to help you succeed.

BD Interventional

BD Interventional (BDI) focus on leading innovation and life-enhancing devices in the field of surgical, endovascular, urological and critical care interventions aiming at advancing the treatment of high burden diseases and enabling surgical and interventional procedures.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Drive new business acquisition and support existing accounts within a defined portfolio
  • Deliver sales strategies aligned with business goals and regional needs
  • Build strong relationships across clinical and commercial teams to support solution adoption
  • Use market data to identify opportunities and inform territory planning
  • Provide clinical education and product training to healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
  • Support the implementation of CAUTI reduction initiatives across hospitals and community settings

About you

  • Proven success in medical device sales, with a track record of delivering results
  • Confident understanding of the evolving NHS structure, particularly Integrated Care Boards (ICBs)
  • Skilled in using data to guide strategic decisions and territory planning
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills across diverse teams
  • Experienced in account management with a focus on long-term growth
  • Background in urology or continence care, or experience leading hospital-wide projects, is beneficial

Salary range for the role:
£50.000 to £ bonus + benefits
