Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom Pure Resourcing Solutions Full time £60,000 - £120,000 per year

Our client, a globally recognised organisation, is embarking on a significant transformation of its finance function through a multi-year Finance Transformation Programme. This ambitious initiative will modernise financial systems, processes, and ways of working, with the implementation of a new ERP platform at its core. The programme will deliver substantial improvements in efficiency, data quality, and management information — creating a finance function that is fit for the future. As the Finance Transformation Programme Director, you will lead this complex and high-profile change, ensuring it drives genuine engagement across the organisation and establishes a finance operation that is both effective and resilient.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, promoting collaboration across the organisation and ensuring successful system and cultural transformation. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced transformation leader with a proven record of delivering major finance or ERP change initiatives within large, matrixed environments.

Applicants will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and bring extensive experience in leading large-scale programmes in complex organisations. This fixed-term appointment runs until August 2027 and offers a hybrid working model, with three days per week based on site.
