Finance Systems Transformation Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Finance System Implementation – Ensure the new Oracle Fusion Financials system meets business requirements and supports transformation objectives.
- Chart of Accounts Design & Implementation – Lead the development and rollout of a new Chart of Accounts, ensuring alignment with reporting and management information needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
- Project Leadership – Collaborate with workstream leads and technical teams to maintain focus, enthusiasm, and momentum.
- Change Management – Support, promote, and implement transformation initiatives, driving adoption of new processes and overcoming resistance to change.
- Collaboration & Oversight – Engage effectively with consultants and business partners while ensuring project integrity.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, with a deep understanding of system capabilities, configuration, and best practices.
- Expertise in Chart of Accounts design and implementation within a financial systems transformation project.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives in a complex organisation.
- Experience working closely with both technical teams and finance professionals to ensure system capabilities align with business needs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across different levels of an organisation.
- Understanding of financial reporting, management information, and compliance requirements.
