Projects typically range from 3 to 18 months. Flexibility in availability is appreciated depending on project size and timeline.
About the Role
You will lead the successful design and delivery of change management strategies and adoption plans across business transformation and technology programmes, while also supporting and guiding the Delafeld team 'on the ground'. · Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness reviews.
· Deliver targeted communications, engagement, and training plans that support adoption.
· Work closely with project teams to integrate change activity into programme delivery.
· Track adoption measures, manage risks, and provide clear updates for governance forums.
· Bring insights and lessons learned back into the Delafeld knowledge base.

· Solid understanding of change frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges, etc.).
· Strong stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagement.
· Able to translate business objectives into clear, actionable change plans.
· Experience across digital and enterprise transformations (CRM, ERP, Cloud, process or operating model change).
· Change management certification preferred.
Attributes
· A self-starter who thrives in client-focused environments.
· Clear communicator who can simplify complexity.
· Commercially aware, collaborative, and committed to high-quality delivery.
· Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, energetic associate community.
What's in it for you
· Competitive day rates.
· Partnership programme providing significant additional income opportunities.
· Highly supportive core Delafeld Partners team to support your success.
· Member of our professional associate network for support, learning and fun
· Work where you decide with in-person meetings as required.
· Exposure to high-impact transformation projects across multiple sectors.
Location:

Contract type:
Outside of IR35, contractor agreement based on statements of work.
Commitment:
Fractional and full time (subject to client projects).
About Delafeld Partners
We live and breathe business transformation. Tech is a huge enabler of business transformation, so we help organisations to build peak performance tech teams, so they can focus on long-term business growth.
Our clients come to us for two different reasons:
There's a fire to fight in the tech team - maybe there's a capability or capacity gap within the existing team and they need a senior tech leader or technical expert to join the team quickly.
Or maybe they're looking for business growth and know they need to understand their level of tech maturity and need to build a strategy to help their business reach the next level of growth.
Our team of experts are all ex-C suite, senior tech leaders or digital experts. We know the challenges you face and we've got a team of experienced professionals on our bench who can step in to help you build the capability and capacity you need to reach the next level of growth.
We are now looking to expand our trusted team of experts who want to join a team that aligns to our core values. We want a team who are open to debate about the key issues, where everyone's voice is heard and will commit to a decision, holding each other accountable and delivering results for our clients.
