The role:

Do you live and breathe online shopping? Are you ready to turn a catalogue of products into an irresistible treasure trove that keeps customers clicking 'Add to Cart'? Then buckle up We're looking for an E-commerce Catalogue to join our team and make our online presence shine brighter than a supernova

Reporting directly to our E-commerce Manager, playing a crucial role in maximising sales and crafting an unforgettable customer experience. You'll be a collaboration superhero, teaming up with Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing to ensure our amazing products are perfectly presented, wildly promoted, and ready to meet customer demand with a flourish

What you'll be up to:

• Be a Digital Scout: Hunt down exciting new Web Exclusive Suppliers—then engage, collect the vital data, and hand-pick the winners to bring into our catalogue
• Become a Trend Hunter: Keep your eyes peeled on the market, spotting trends, gaps, and golden opportunities to tweak listings. Your mission? To send our traffic and conversion rates soaring.
• Master the Marketplace: Take the reins on our key Marketplace Listings.
• The Data Alchemist: Work your magic on existing product data—polishing prices, codes, information, and images across all our online channels.
• The SEO Poet: Write clear, compelling, and accurate product descriptions that both delight customers.
• Upsell Strategist: Play matchmaker by adding clever up-sells and related listings to boost sales and increase that all-important Average Order Value (AOV).
• Analytics Detective: Dive deep into web analytics and tools to test, review, and decode online behaviour, using that knowledge to drive non-stop performance improvement
• Improvement Guru: Spot glitches and enhancement opportunities a mile away, then tackle them head-on with internal and external teams.
• Data Weaver: Work with the team to create accurate new listings and seamlessly upload them to platforms using CSV/Excel.
• Listing Optimiser: Tweak and tune our product listings until they achieve peak search performance.

Marketplace Expansion & Digital Flare

• New 3rd Party Listings Launchpad: Handle the full lifecycle of new marketplace additions: data processing, importing, image prep, and optimisation
• Digital Marketing Sidekick: Provide essential support for our website's marketing efforts—helping bring our assets, promotions, and campaigns to life

Is This you?

• You've got proven experience in e-commerce trading or a role where you handled the digital goods
• Organisation is your superpower—you can juggle multiple projects without dropping a single ball
• You're an Excel hero, capable of managing and manipulating data with ease.
• Analytical skills that let you slice and dice data, leading to smart, data-driven decisions.
• Communication and collaboration skills that make working with you a dream.
• You're familiar with e-commerce platforms and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• You know your SEO best practices and are tapped into the latest online marketing trends.
• You are detail-oriented, with a fierce focus on accuracy and quality—you catch what others miss
• You're an autonomous thinker who can spot opportunities and improve processes all by yourself.

(Preferred Skills)

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce tools and software.
• A great understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics—you know what makes shoppers tick
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, etc.).
