We're looking for a Business Development Account Manager to join our fast-paced and ambitious SMB Sales team at KCOM Enterprise.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven sales experience, a competitive edge, and the drive to grow — both your customer base and your career. You'll be building relationships, spotting opportunities, and delivering results that make a real impact.

Salary – Up to £30,000 dependent on experience, plus £15,000 OTC with uncapped potential

Location – Hull, Carr Lane, 2 days minimum office based

What you'll be doing

  • Drive growth by achieving and exceeding your sales targets and key business metrics.
  • Take full ownership of your SMB accounts — developing, retaining, and expanding relationships.
  • Proactively identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate confidently with customers to deliver solutions that meet their needs and generate profitable revenue for KCOM.
  • Build and manage your pipeline to forecast accurately and support business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and great customer outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong commercial instincts and a genuine hunger to succeed.
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and the determination to keep pushing for results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative, customer-first approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on your goals.
