Business Development Account Manager (Permanent, Full Time)

We're looking for a Business Development Account Manager to join our fast-paced and ambitious SMB Sales team at KCOM Enterprise.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven sales experience, a competitive edge, and the drive to grow — both your customer base and your career. You'll be building relationships, spotting opportunities, and delivering results that make a real impact.
Salary

Up to £30,000
dependent on experience,
plus £15,000 OTC with uncapped potential
Location
– Hull, Carr Lane,
2 days minimum office based

What You'll Be Doing
- Drive growth by achieving and exceeding your sales targets and key business metrics.
- Take full ownership of your SMB accounts — developing, retaining, and expanding relationships.
- Proactively identify and close new business opportunities.
- Negotiate confidently with customers to deliver solutions that meet their needs and generate profitable revenue for KCOM.
- Build and manage your pipeline to forecast accurately and support business growth.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and great customer outcomes.
What You'll Bring
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in a target-driven environment.
- Strong commercial instincts and a genuine hunger to succeed.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and the determination to keep pushing for results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative, customer-first approach.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on your goals.
