Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing EMEA Partner Sales team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Define and execute the regional partner strategy in alignment with Diligent' s global GRC growth objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new strategic partners to expand market coverage and accelerate revenue.
- Manage and grow existing partner relationships, ensuring joint success through business planning, enablement, and co-selling.
- Drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline growth by developing joint go-to-market initiatives and partner programs.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and maximize partner performance.
- Track, analyze, and report partner performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize channel effectiveness.
- Represent Diligent in partner-facing engagements, events, and executive forums across the region.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Partner/Channel Sales, Alliances, or Business Development roles within SaaS or enterprise software — ideally in GRC, cybersecurity, or risk/compliance markets.
- Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems across EMEA from the ground up.
- Demonstrated experience in partner recruitment, enablement, and revenue acceleration.
- Strong leadership background, managing geographically dispersed teams.
- Deep understanding of EMEA channel dynamics, including VAR, MSP, and GSI business models.
- Exceptional communication and executive influencing skills, both internally and externally.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce) and KPIs to manage outcomes.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset (i.e German or French)
- Based in Europe, with willingness to travel regionally (approx. 25–40%).
