The mission of Marketing Insights is to understand people's lives, experiences, behaviors, attitudes and needs to help Meta communicate brand/product value across the family of apps. Our researchers go beyond service delivery, acting as full-stack partners to help identify and actualize the marketing strategies that connect people and businesses to meaningful products and experiences. We're seeking a Head of Marketing Insights to lead the EMEA Marketing Insights team. This person will partner with stakeholders across Business, Consumer, and Creator Marketing teams. They will be responsible for designing, executing, and delivering high impact research (both quantitative and qualitative) and translating the strategic insights from this work into clear, actionable implications in addition to serving as a key marketing leader in the region tasked with influencing regional strategies. Proactivity, energy, flexibility, collaboration, and a passion for translating complex ideas into simple and compelling messages is key. This role requires thinking on your feet to problem solve so that we are able to execute research quickly and efficiently to inform inbound and outbound work that equips stakeholders and identifies new opportunities. This role is embedded in Meta International Marketing and works across audiences (consumer, business, and creators), products, and markets to deliver global impact leveraging the local delta. Therefore it's vital that this insights leader be able to manage ambiguity, context switching, and rapidly coming up to speed with new areas and stakeholders. While the bulk of the work is EMEA focused, this researcher should be thinking across regions to help inform and unpack global strategies. An understanding of global-local models and the ability to balance market nuance and global positioning will be key.

- Lead team: Manage team of impactful marketing researchers
