Your Role
You'll support the Senior Manager, Employee Communications & Engagement in delivering integrated campaigns, compelling content, and memorable events that amplify partner voices and strengthen advocacy. From crafting stories to coordinating internal events, you'll help bring our mission to life: "With every cup, with every conversation, with every community - we nurture the limitless possibilities of human connection."
What You'll Do
- Develop communication plans and content for partners across EMEA, aligned with business strategy and global communications agenda.
- Ensure consistent messaging across channels and routines.
- Collaborate with PRO (HR) to support initiatives that elevate partner experience and advocacy.
- Work with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to align messaging and execution.
- Create engaging, social-first content and capture stories from across the business.
- Support logistics and content for in-person and hybrid partner-first events.
- Assist with measurement and reporting to assess impact of communications.
- Flex across projects within the Corporate Affairs team to build skills in strategic communications.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in communications, employee engagement, PR, or related field (global experience preferred).
- Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and deliver projects independently.
- Social-first mentality and design skills for creating engaging digital content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, and SharePoint.
- Curiosity to uncover stories and turn them into compelling communications.
- Confidence engaging with colleagues across functions and senior levels.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, including event logistics.
