As the Executive Assistant (EA) you will provide confidential and administrative service to the Chief Financial Officer, Global Legal Director and Chief Production Officer, as required. You will support, as needed onsite and will need to be flexible in your approach to the day-to-day needs of the role. 
The successful candidate will join a high-performing and tightly knit Executive Assistant team, working closely alongside the EA to the CEO and the EA to the CCO/COO. This role requires a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to ensure seamless coordination across the executive leadership team and company. 

You'll be;

  • Assisting with busy diary management for Global LD, CFO & CPO, ensuring their time is effectively managed enabling availability across wider team.  
  • Flexible, anticipating ever changing schedules, prioritizing relevant meeting requirements across teams, when needed.  
  • Building strong and efficient working relationships across the company & external contacts, ensuring strong cross-function communication.  
  • Ensuring teams are briefed, in advance of meetings, if required, preparing presentations and documentation in ahead of deadlines.    
  • Supporting the prioritization of general workload, ensuring that all senior leaders are supported efficiently, and that cross-functional priorities are executed with precision and discretion.    
  • Responsible for travel arrangements, booking flights via travel agent:/rail/cars, hotel accommodation, or reservations for any internal or international visits. Obtaining visas if applicable, creating full itineraries, ensuring all parties travelling are prepared in advance of
  • Working closely with relevant departments including overseas Jellycat Offices, to ensure the smooth running across Leadership teams.  
  • Expense processing via SAP Concur System. 
  • Working collaboratively with EA to the CEO and EA to CCO/COO.

You'll have;

  • Demonstrated experience as an assistant in a similar fast paced environment.
  • The ability to be highly organised and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail.
  • The ability to be self motivated, anticipating the needs of the professionals they support staying one step ahead.
  • A strong work ethic and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations of the business.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, good at 'reading the room'.
  • At least 10 years experience at Executive level.
