We turn customers' photos into beautiful wooden photo blocks—printed while you wait at our kiosks. It's personal, quick, and always gets smiles. We're expanding and looking for confident, people-loving sellers.

What you'll do

  • Greet shoppers, start friendly conversations, and turn browsers into buyers
  • Ask a few quick questions (who's it for? occasion?), recommend the right size/style, and close the sale
  • Demo how our photo-to-wood process works and explain options & add-ons
  • Take payments (POS), keep the kiosk tidy, restock, and hit daily targets
  • Handle small issues with empathy and offer quick solutions (e.g., reprint/adjust)

You'll be great at this if you…

  • Are confident talking to anyone—clear, friendly and upbeat
  • Have sales instincts (discover needs → recommend → close)
  • Stay calm when it's busy and enjoy high footfall
  • Are reliable, on time, and team-minded
  • Retail/events/hospitality sales experience helps—but attitude beats CV
  • Have previous experience with photoshop (Not a requirement but is beneficial)

Schedule & logistics

  • Shifts: flexible, weekdays and weekends/holidays (peak retail)
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Work location: in-person at our kiosk in Westfield Stratford
  • You'll be on your feet most of the shift

Pay & engagement

  • Base hourly rate + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
  • Self-employed contractor (you invoice, we provide kiosk, equipment, and training)

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Reliable travel to our sites (early/late retail hours)
  • Comfortable using a card machine/POS (training provided)
