Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
  • Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features when necessary
  • Upsell additional items to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities
  • Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques
  • Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash or card payments
  • Manage stock levels, organise stockrooms, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and tidy
  • Offer excellent phone etiquette when handling enquiries or assisting customers remotely
  • Assist with organising promotional events or seasonal displays
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organised, and welcoming at all times

Skills

  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
  • Organised with excellent organisational skills to manage stock and display arrangements
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
  • Effective time management to prioritise tasks during busy periods
  • Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining excellent customer service standards
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles to create visually appealing displays
  • Professional phone etiquette for remote customer interactions

Salary

  • Minimum wage as per your age group
