About That Good Hair

We're a plant-powered natural hair brand for curly hair and sensitive scalps. Our kiosk has opened in Centre:MK outside of Snappy Snaps near Primark. We're looking for confident, enthusiastic, trustworthy Sales Associates to join the team and help customers discover haircare that works.

The Role

Are you passionate about natural and curly hair products? Do you enjoy building relationships and helping customers find the right routine? As a That Good Hair Sales Associate, you'll drive sales through friendly advice, product demos and thoughtful upselling. You'll work as part of a small team to keep the kiosk looking great and the customers leaving happy.

THIS IS A SALES ROLE - You will be expected to be confident and make sales independently.

Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences

- Recommend and sell products based on customer requirements

- Upsell products to increase sales revenue

- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

- Maintain a tidy and organised sales floor

- Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels

Requirements

- Passion for natural hair and curly hair products

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Confidence, empathy, and an outgoing personality

- Grit and determination to excel in a fast-paced retail environment

- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively

- Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions

- Fluent in English

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide outstanding service

- Bilingual capabilities are advantageous

- Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
