We're looking for the following Support Worker positions to join our Great Yarmouth Community Hub:

  • 30 Hours per week, fixed term
  • 19.5 Hours per week, permanent
  • Zero-hour per week, permanent

Great Yarmouth Community Hub offers day services and vital support for individuals with learning disabilities. If you're proactive, compassionate, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you

No experience? No problem We'll provide full training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities in achieving their personal goals
  • Facilitate participation in creative sessions and activities
  • Assist with developing and maintaining independent living skills
  • Encourage and promote the development of positive relationships
  • Work a flexible rota
