To help us achieve this, we're looking for a Contracts Coordinator to join our team. As a Contracts Coordinator at the UK's leading property portal, you'll play a key role in supporting our New Homes, Commercial, Overseas and Rental Operator Partners alongside our internal Account Managers through Partner contractual process changes, ensuring a smooth and high quality experience.

This is a phone and process based role, where you'll handle incoming contracts and calls from Partners and Account Managers, guiding them through contract updates, product activations, and invoicing queries. Other internal teams you'll also work closely with include Design, Datafeed, and Internal Systems, to ensure seamless product delivery.

Your day to day will involve managing contract adjustments, processing Partner requests, and ensuring accuracy in revenue related tasks. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple processes efficiently will be key.

What you'll be doing

  • Working closely with our Account Management teams to help deliver agreed outcomes from their Partner meetings and always looking for opportunities to help them by being proactive with Partner orders to free up their time
  • Working with Sales on large Partner tasks outside of usual day to day workload, to support our Partners with higher revenue based contractual changes
  • Helping work towards the agreed team objectives (the team OKR's) that contribute to the wider Rightmove mission
  • Ensuring that any changes to Partner packages and products are completed accurately first time, helping towards the team mission of reducing Partner credits
  • Supporting Media Agencies and our Purchase Order process with the use of reporting and administration, ensuring purchase orders for payment are all accounted for and chased in on time
  • Occasionally joining showcases to support new products, services and tools that will benefit our Partners, and sharing back learnings to the team
  • Supporting our Invoicing team with inbound calls and tasks at peak points in the month, to ensure our Partners receive an efficient level of service within all aspects of their journey with us
  • Having an initial specialist area of work that relates to order fulfilment, before adapting and growing your learning to support another Business unit or Processing function, to help your wider team
  • Supporting wider Customer Experience teams phone lines and workload tasks regularly during morning meetings, team meetings or during higher escalation scenario's

  • You are a clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, capable of building strong relationships with Partners and internal teams. You set expectations effectively and ensure transparency in all interactions.
  • You have strong organisation and time management skills, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. With solid IT skills, including Excel, Word, and CRM systems, you work efficiently and adapt to evolving processes.
