Remote with occasional travel required to conduct learner observations

Salary:
£28, ,000 plus our going for gold bonus of up to £4000

qualified Dental Practice Manager, with recent experience as an assessor, who is reliable, professional and ready for your next challenge then we want to hear from you

As an assessor for Dental Practice Management you will...

• Carry out regular online and workplace assessments for Apprenticeship or standalone Diploma learners.
• Ensure the correct completion of all assessment paperwork
• Deliver webinars to DPM apprentices covering Dental and ILM standards
• Provide quality feedback to learners in a timely manner
• Manage your own diary to ensure maximum assessment opportunity
• Carry out learner progress reviews with learners and their employer every 8-10 weeks
• Support and prepare learners for their dental tests
• To promote and comply with all current and future equal opportunities, health and safety and safeguarding legislative requirements

Requirements:

What Qualification We Need From You...

• Dental Practice Management Qualification
• Demonstrable experience as a Dental Practice Manager
• Level 5 Management Qualification
• Minimum Level 3 Assessor Qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1, V1, D32/D33)
• Active GDC (General Dental Council) Registration
• Level 3 Training Qualification (AET, PTTLS or equivalent would be advantageous)

Our ideal candidate will have...

• Experience in assessing Dental Practice Management Apprenticeships
• Experience working as a Dental Practice Manager
• Experience in teaching/delivering national diploma or advanced apprenticeships
• Ability to plan work effectively and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively both in person and remotely with learners, clients and employers
• Ability to work independently and part of a wider remote based team
• IT literate - with effective use of MS Office
• Flexible approach and ability to work remote and travel when required to meet the needs of the learner and business
