You *MUST* have current or very recent (within the last 6 months) private dental receptionist experience in the UK.

Our private dental surgery in London Marble Arch / Waterloo requires a part time receptionist to join our growing team.

We will consider a dental nurse with front of house skills/experience, looking to move to reception.

Note: This is a very exciting role, wherein you will be responsible for growing the patient base and encourage treatment uptake and running the day to day operations of the practice. Please only apply if you have the experience of working at a dental practice.

Job Description

  1. Patient growth - taking new patient bookings over emails and also over the phone, providing treatment information to new and existing patients to increase bookings and treatment uptake etc.

  2. Administrative and marketing activities - contribute toward practice administration activities such as receptionist activities, manage diaries of the dentists, invoicing, supplier coordination, patient treatment coordination, practice marketing activities etc.

  3. Private practice (General and Cosmetic dentistry).

  4. Potential to grow in the practice.

Requirements

  1. You *must* have dental experience, preferably at reception or treatment coordination roles. We will also happily consider a dental nurse with front of house skills/experience, looking to move to reception.

  2. You *must* have good patient facing skills and experience - confident, friendly, warm and well organised.

  3. We are seeking someone with a can-do attitude - someone who comes up with solutions, to issues. Work ethic is of greater importance that work experience.
