About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and enthusiastic full-time receptionist to join our thriving practice. If you're passionate about patient care, have a warm personality, and are looking for a long-term position within a supportive and professional setting, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional front-of-house service, ensuring every patient feels welcomed and cared for.

  • Manage appointment bookings, patient enquiries, and communication with efficiency and warmth.

  • Oversee the reception area and maintain an organized and professional environment.

  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a dental receptionist.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using SOE EXACT dental software for daily tasks and reporting.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills—friendly, professional, and patient-focused.

  • Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence.

  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Appearance and Demeanor: Professional, friendly, and flexible—a team player through and through.

Desirable Skills:

  • GDC Registration or Clinical Knowledge: This would be an added advantage, but it's not a dealbreaker.
