Due to a pending leave of absence, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator to join our HR & Recruitment team in early 2026. Our team provides a professional, efficient and effective recruitment service in line with the school's policies and procedures, employment law and safer recruitment practices.
We would like to hear from applicants who are genuinely interested in, and perhaps excited by, recruitment, and have experience of working in a recruitment role, within a large and fast paced organisation, and using databases such as Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Information Systems.
The successful candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, excellent communication and people skills, and be a natural collaborator and team player.

This role is part-time, fixed term for 1 year, and Taunton School term time plus 5 additional weeks. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm.
Actual salary is £14,607.00 per annum, (£26,910 per annum FTE).
