Our client is part of the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services to help clients remain independent and happy in their own homes. With minimum visits of one-hour, award-winning training, and an excellent reputation, we areimmensely proud of the quality of care we provide. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Care Coordinator to join their professional team. They have achieved **"Outstanding"** in their latest CQC inspection, and 96% of their team would recommend them to others. **Pay Rates, Hours & Benefits** - £21,000-£25,000 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week. - Monday-Friday plus working on-call when required. - Free Parking. - Genuine career opportunities. - Refer a friend scheme. - Company Pension scheme. - Health Scheme Benefits and Home Instead discounts - Exclusive discounts scheme. The Care Coordinator will be expected to perform various duties in completing service for clients and Care Professionals. You will support their Care Team to provide a variety of non-medical services that allow their clients to remain in their own homesand enhance their quality of life. You will be responsible for planning and organising the schedules to ensure they are optimised and flexible to meet the growing client base's needs and the Care Professionals' hours. Working closely with the Care Managerto ensure we meet the business objectives. **The role will include**: - Visit clients to assess their care needs and review their care planning. - Deal with the day-to-day queries relating to client and Care Professionals' wellbeing. - Liaise with clients and their families to ensure we provide exceptional customer care. - Ensuring all quality and safeguarding standards are met. - Update Care Plans. - Deliver elements of training to Care Professionals. - Be part of our weekend and evening On-call working rota. **Essential Criteria** - Be able to communicate effectively on all levels through various methods. - Organisational skills - this role requires someone who has excellent organisational skills, is organised and calm, prioritizes, focuses, and has a sense of urgency while remaining calm under pressure. - Have the ability to plan and prioritise workloads with an eye for detail. - Flexibility - this role requires a committed, flexible individual who will go above and beyond for clients and Care Professionals. - Experience of working in a domiciliary setting and team-leading experience would be desirable. - NVQ Health and Social Care level 3.
