Sales Intern EMEA

Flowdesk's mission is to build a global financial institution for digital assets, one designed from the ground up for market integrity and efficiency.
To achieve this in a rapidly evolving market, we apply a disciplined, first-principles approach to everything we do. This approach is embedded in our core services, from institutional liquidity provision, trading solutions, OTC execution to our comprehensive treasury management offerings. This is how we cut through the noise and build robust and scalable systems across all our business lines.
We seek individuals who are driven by this systematic approach. Joining Flowdesk means you will be a key contributor in building and scaling a more transparent and efficient financial markets infrastructure.
Given our rapid growth, we've also launched our Early Talent Program, designed to attract and develop high-potential students through internship experiences. This program aims to build a strong pipeline of future full-time employees who are already aligned with our culture and expectations.
You will sit at the intersection of clients and markets, supporting day-to-day sales trading activity. You'll help prepare market color, coordinate RFQs, ensure flawless follow‑through, and contribute to client materials and trading analytics. The internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to institutional crypto markets, client workflows, and the operational discipline required to run them. You will be tasked with other longer term projects including building a list of target accounts, market analysis and research as well as internal initiatives throughout the program.
Role
- Drive business development in EMEA by identifying, researching, and prioritizing target accounts (funds, trading firms, crypto foundations, exchanges, corporates, and brokers) and tailoring outreach to each client's profile.
- Support client engagement and trading activities through collaboration with the Trading team to deliver timely market insights, analytics, and materials that enhance client relationships and trading performance.
- Ensure operational excellence by coordinating with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and the EMEA sales team to maintain CRM pipelines, streamline processes, and uphold best-in-class standards across all client and internal workflows.
- Rotate on the trading desk to develop a deep understanding of risk management, execution, and cross-product trading workflows.
Requirements
Background
- University degree or Master's; fields like business, finance, economics, or STEM are welcome.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong interest in crypto markets and financial services, with a solid understanding of OTC trading concepts and exchange traded products
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or relevant projects is a plus.
Start Date, starting from June 2026
