Job description:
Are you a driven, qualified Finance Controller ready to take ownership of financial control in a fast scaling London media company? Join a fast-growing London media firm as Finance Controller, driving financial control, strategy, and operational excellence across a dynamic business. The company needs you to lead the transition to a new ERP system. The company is at a stage where stronger financial oversight is required to support growth, including leading a team. You will oversee a small finance team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and best practice across all processes. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers the opportunity to influence major business decisions and shape the financial strategy of a rapidly scaling company.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Lead the company's ERP transformation, ensuring systems evolve in line with growth and scalability goals.
  • Overlooking the day to day operations of finance, creating a best in class function
  • Lead and develop a team of 5 who are fully qualified.
  • Work closely with the CFO and senior leadership to drive growth and performance.
  • Ownership of audit and financial reporting.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring all financial obligations are met.

What would the ideal person look like:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent). 3+ years experience post qualification
  • ERP implementation system experience
