• Support chefs and kitchen staff in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning and organising workstations
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed during food handling and preparation
• Help with the storage of ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper labeling and stock rotation
• Serve meals to customers or clients as directed, maintaining a friendly and professional attitude
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces throughout shifts
• Support catering events by preparing ingredients and assisting with setup and breakdown as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and kitchen hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Good organisational skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
