Hybrid is looking for a talented Commercial Writer to join our growing bid team and help us win new university partnerships across the UK, US and beyond. If you love turning complex ideas into clear, persuasive writing — this role is for you.

The Opportunity

You'll write high-impact bid submissions for universities, working closely with colleagues across media, creative, research and strategy. You'll gather insights, conduct research, and craft compelling narratives that show why Hybrid is the best partner.

What You'll Do


• Write excellent bid submissions.


• Analyse tender requirements.


• Combine research with team knowledge.


• Coordinate workflow and deadlines.


• Pull together information from across the business.


• Keep up with marketing and education trends.


• Proof, refine and strengthen your work.

• Experience with marketing, media or education (bonus).
