We are working with a successful, friendly and fast-growing SaaS company based in the heart of Bristol whose powerful and intuitive software enables higher education institutions to deliver world-leading Research and Curricula by promoting greater collaboration,efficiency and transparency within their teams.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Working with the Bid Manager to transform technical and operational information into clear, concise and meaningful proposal responses, including Expressions Of Interest, Requests For Iinformation, Pre Qualification Questionaires, and full tender responses
Creation of tender proposal related content, including aspects such as Supplier Selection Questionnaires, non-functional and functional product questions
Proof reading and adjusting content provided by others where necessary
Maintaining document management and version control for tender related documentation
Assisting with preparation for submission - collating and formatting documentation
Keeping up to date with project-specific case studies and collateral
Supporting creation and maintenance of other written materials as required
Using a writing style that reflects Worktribe; informal but informative; re-working existing written content where relevant
Excellent written skills
Experience of content creation
Experience of working in bids or procurement, either from the supplier or buyer side, preferably in a Higher Education or Public Sector setting is essential
Competent in working to deadlines & managing tight timeframes
Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet packages such as MS Office/Excel, Google Docs/ Sheets, etc.
Experience of document design
Responsible, proactive, dedicated and delivery-focused
