COMMERCIAL WRITER (BIDS) – JOB ADVERT Location : UK (Hybrid) Hybrid is looking for a talented Commercial Writer to join our growing bid team and help us win new university partnerships across the UK, US and beyond. More brand impact. More momentum. The Opportunity You’ll write high-impact bid submissions for universities, working closely with colleagues across media, creative, research and strategy. You’ll gather insights, conduct research, and craft compelling narratives that show why Hybrid is the best partner. What You’ll Do Write excellent bid submissions. Analyse tender requirements. Combine research with team knowledge. Coordinate workflow and deadlines. Pull together information from across the business. Keep up with marketing and education trends. Proof, refine and strengthen your work. About You Excellent persuasive writing skills. Strong analytical and data‑interpretation ability. Confident collaborating across different teams.
