What
You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and motivating a team to deliver
    exceptional service
  • Supporting the Restaurant Manager in
    day-to-day operations
  • Ensuring food quality, speed of service, and
    cleanliness     are top-notch
  • Training and developing team members to help them
    succeed
  • Handling stock management, cash control, and
    operational efficiency
  • Troubleshooting challenges and driving continuous
    improvement

What
We're Looking For


A natural leader with great people skills
 At least 1 year of management experience in a
fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
 Strong communication and a hands-on approach
to leadership
 A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and keeps
the energy high
