Join Aqua Restaurant Group as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and help shape a memorable dining experience for our guests. Base Pay Range You will be paid £30,534.76 per year. In addition, you can be part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you between £9,465.23 and £14,465.23 extra per year. Start Date We expect the role to start on or after 17th November, with flexibility for a one‑to‑two‑week shift due to opening preparations. Location Dim Sum Library – modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London, The Yards, just a two‑minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station.
