SALES OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

The Stuart Group is the UK's largest stockist of new FG Wilson generators, also offering a wide range of used equipment from leading manufacturers such as Caterpillar, Cummins, and Perkins.

We're expanding the project side of our business and currently seeking a Sales Office Administrator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Sales Manager with providing estimates, quotations and tender bids to customer requirements including gathering of supporting documentation
  • Procurement and allocation of materials to Engineering team on and off site
  • Processing orders, invoicing and applications for payment using Sage software
  • Tracking sales progress from quotation to invoicing
  • Note: Task-specific training and ongoing support will be provided.

Skills & Experience Required:

Essential:

  • Past sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • PC literate with competent use of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable:

  • Previous experience within generators, plant Machinery or engines
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 and CRM for stock control and order processing.

Working Hours & Contract:

  • Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30
