Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that our office operations run smoothly. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, managing correspondence, booking surveyor diaries and maintaining office. Proficiency in software use is advantageous, as is a professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications via phone and email with professionalism.
  • Booking in surveyor diaries and communication with customer liaison team.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and ensure all information is up-to-date in our systems.
  • Organise office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for team members when necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer software .
  • Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
