Job Title: Virtual Property Administrator (AML & KYC Compliance)

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM UK Time (Monday to Friday) (Upon Discussion)

Employment Type: Part-time

Salary Range: 18000 to 22000 Peso

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Property Administrator to manage both compliance and general property administration functions for our property business. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our operations fully comply with HMRC's AML and KYC regulations, while also supporting day-to-day property management tasks such as tenant handling, maintenance coordination, and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Oversee and manage AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks for all vendors and buyers.
  • The initial work will involve running through our entire pipeline of properties on the market and under offer to ensure full compliance with all AML requirements.
  • Use Credas (or similar platforms) to conduct and monitor compliance checks.
  • Ensure all checks are completed accurately, on time, and documented properly.
  • Maintain and organize all compliance files in designated online folders.

Property Administration:

  • Handle tenant communications, including responding to inquiries and coordinating updates.
  • Assist in the tenant application and referencing process.
  • Coordinate and follow up on maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution with contractors.
  • Support with invoice preparation, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of property documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property administration or compliance-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of AML and KYC regulations, particularly within the UK property sector.
  • Experience using Credas or other AML/KYC platforms (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in online file management and office productivity tools (e.g., Google Drive, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
