Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our software products. This role is critical for driving innovation, aligning product development with business objectives, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define Product Vision & Roadmap:

Establish and communicate product goals and strategic direction aligned with company objectives.

  • Manage Backlog & Prioritization:

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.

  • Drive Agile Delivery:

Partner with development teams through the software lifecycle, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.

  • Gather Requirements & Document:

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain clear product documentation (PRDs, wireframes).

  • Conduct Market & User Research:

Analyze trends, gather customer feedback, and develop business cases to inform product decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in software product management or related field.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Atlassian, Teamwork).
  • Ability to work with offshore development teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software products.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
