A great opportunity for a motivated and very well organised person to join an ambitious and professional team within an expanding company. The right applicant will also have an opportunity to to make a positive impact on the Company's development and their own career path, working in a close environment with the company Directors. The Senior Property Manager will have a background in residential lettings and ideally already in a similar position. They will be responsible for the day to day running of approximately 250 properties throughout the country from our offices based in Warrington.

The successful candidate will be :

  • Self motivated with a solid work ethic and pro-active approach
  • Possess excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Able to communicate at all levels and build long standing relationships
  • Happy and confident to work on own and confident in decision making
  • Have good PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A background of Residential Lettings, Management & Customer Service is essential

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Day to Day management of a Property Portfolio
  • Achievement of monthly lettings targets
  • Communication with Landlords
  • Communication with Tenants
  • Maintenance Handling and Reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00 per year OTE with Bonus £35,000 per year
