The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Global Marketing Communications Manager to develop and implement Vernacares global marketing communications strategy. This is a high-impact role where you will shape our brand voice, drive engagement, and elevate our presence across international markets.
You will:
- Create and execute integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead storytelling efforts to articulate Vernacares value proposition internally and externally.
- Manage global brand awareness campaigns for Vernacare and HERO brands.
- Oversee content creation and distribution across digital platforms, social media, press, and more.
- Develop and optimise digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media).
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure coverage.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals.
- Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Advertising, or Business Management. CIM Diploma (desirable).
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years in marketing or 5 years in product management.
- You'll have experience working within a Medical Device manufacturing business and will familiar with the regulations such as MDR and/or ISO 13485.
- Skills: Strategic thinker, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organisational abilities, adaptability, and confidence to take initiative.
- Personal Qualities: Positive, approachable, open to new ideas, and able to make rational decisions under pressure.
- Other: Fluent in spoken and written English.
