Hours
: 40 hrs per week (Monday to Friday)

Working within a fast paced, results focused organisation with 3 cruise travel industry leading websites, you'll be the creative force behind our brand voice. You'll lead the strategy and execution of campaigns across social media, video, email and content. You'll turn ideas into engaging stories that connect with our audience, drive measurable growth and shape our brand's presence in an ever evolving and competitive landscape. This role is perfect for a marketer who thrives on creativity, someone who can plan, create and optimise campaigns that inspire action and deliver results.

What you will be doing:

Own and execute the day-to-day social media calendar across key platforms.

·       Create or collaborate on content (graphics, videos, carousels, stories, reels).

·       Engage with followers, build community, and monitor trends to inform social strategy.

·       Report on engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance regularly.

·       Plan and produce short-form video content that aligns with marketing objectives.

·       Collaborate with influencers where needed.

·       Plan, write, and schedule daily email campaigns.

·       Track and report on open rates, CTR, conversions, and optimise subject lines and send times.

·       Develop quarterly content plans aligned with product launches, campaigns, or business priorities.

·       Brief and manage content contributors (e.g., cruise lines, influencers, freelancers).

·       Ensure brand voice and messaging is consistent across all channels.

·       Analyse what's working—and not—to drive improvements.

·       Present insights and recommendations to the wider team or stakeholders.

·       Work closely with the wider marketing, product and sales teams.

·       Contribute to brainstorming, campaign ideation, and cross-functional projects.

Skills and Experience:

· years of hands-on marketing experience

·       Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

·       Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and best practices for each.

·       Experience with email marketing platforms (ideally DotDigital or similar) — including segmentation and performance analysis.

·       Strong video creation skills—can brief or create short-form video content for social or paid campaigns (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut is a plus).

·       Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, especially for short-form content, headlines, CTAs, and subject lines.

·       Experience with content calendars and campaign planning.

·       Competence in performance tracking & reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and Excel.

·       Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
