The Role

We are seeking a Global Product Manager Patient Hygiene to join our team in Chorley. This pivotal role supports UK and international markets for our patient hygiene portfolio (currently valued at £22.5M). You will drive product lifecycle management, marketing strategy, and new product launches, working closely with sales teams, distributors, and key opinion leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full product lifecycle and category performance
  • Develop global marketing plans and differentiated product positioning
  • Create compelling content (sales collateral, videos, blogs, website copy)
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy
  • Lead product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Support sales teams with training tools and resources
  • Drive product development projects and ensure timely delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
  • Manage CRM campaigns and sales demand planning
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and clinical advisory boards
About You

Essential:

  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in medical or healthcare markets (marketing or sales)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Proven project and time management abilities
  • Willingness to travel (UK & International approx. 20%)

Desirable:

  • CIM or Business/Marketing postgraduate qualification
  • Knowledge of NHS and UK healthcare market; international experience a plus
  • CRM platform experience; Power BI skills
