Are you a commercially minded project management professional with a proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage multiple projects?

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-growing and innovative manufacturer of FMCG products. You'll bring strong experience in project management, account handling or a commercial support role, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage customer requirements from brief through to launch while protecting business continuity and commercial performance.

A solid background in managing customer accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery of projects is essential. You'll be confident in overseeing NPD activity, maintaining accurate records, forecasting account performance and supporting commercial growth through exceptional communication and relationship-building.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a project management or product development
  • Highly organised with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident working cross-functionally and building positive internal and external relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Comfortable managing customer accounts, reporting performance, and supporting tender processes.
  • Happy to attend trade events and customer visits when required.
