London, Greater London, United Kingdom Replika Full time €40,000 - €80,000 per year
About Replika

Replika is an AI companion loved by 35M+ users around the world. We're redefining what it means to connect with technology — emotionally, intelligently, and personally. From mobile to VR, we're building an experience that feels less like software and more like someone who gets you.

We've been featured in TED Talks, Stanford and Harvard studies, the Lex Fridman podcast. All for one reason: people connect with Replika in a deeply human way.

We're scaling fast, rebranding with a top design agency, and taking on bold challenges to become the most human AI on the planet.

About this role

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Content Producer / Media Manager to help build Replika's internal media presence from the ground up — whether that's on YouTube, TikTok, or a new format altogether. Your mission: to turn Replika's world into stories that people genuinely want to watch and follow. Think short documentaries about our users, behind-the-scenes looks at product updates, and inspiring conversations with creators who shape the future of AI companionship.

What You'll Be Doing

•Lead the creation of Replika's video and social media content strategy (YouTube, TikTok, or emerging channels), supporting X and Instagram growth.

•Produce, plan, and execute video content — from user stories and interviews to product updates and mini-documentaries.

•Collaborate with designers, engineers, and independent filmmakers to bring authentic, visually engaging narratives to life.

•Experiment with formats and storytelling approaches to grow an audience organically — with minimal spend, but maximum creativity.

•Own Replika's media presence end-to-end: from concept to publishing, analytics, and audience growth.

What We're Looking For

•Proven experience as a Content Producer, Media Manager, or Creative Lead managing video-first channels (YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

•Strong storytelling instincts and a portfolio that shows your ability to turn ideas into engaging, high-quality content.

•Hands-on production skills: scripting, directing, coordinating shoots, and managing post-production.

•Understanding of social media growth strategies and audience engagement tactics.

•Passion for technology, AI, and authentic human stories — and the energy to build something from scratch.

What You'll Get

• Competitive compensation.

• Flexible job schedule and generous vacation policy.

• Unlimited access to the latest AI coding assistants.

• No corporate bs.

• Direct impact: Your work on projects will directly impact millions of worldwide users within months.

• Push the boundaries of applied AI in a consumer setting.

•  Fully remote across EMEA.
