We're seeking a talented Hybrid Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our online presence to new heights. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

2. Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

3. Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.

4. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

5. Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

7. Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns and community management.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.

3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

4. Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling, with the ability to develop unique and compelling content ideas.

5. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize performance.

7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
